As the delivery day approaches, the carrier will contact you to finalize the delivery time and location. Upon arrival, inspect your RV or trailer for any new damage before signing the Bill of Lading. There are 2 main options on how the trailers are transported: Option 1 - The carrier hooks up the trailer wether it’s a 5th wheel or a bumper pull or any other exotic type of hitch and then hauls it to the destination. Option 2 - The carrier pulls the trailer on the trailer of the carrier’s truck and then transports it to the destination.

Yes, your RV or trailer is insured from the moment we pick it up to the moment we deliver it. The insurance is provided by the carrier and we vette these carriers for your peace of mind.
Typically you can consider that the carriers are making 400-500 miles per day and then divide your total route by miles per day and you will receive Estimated transit time. We will provide an estimated delivery window when you book your shipment, and our team will keep you updated throughout the journey.
We typically recommend against packing personal items inside your RV or trailer for insurance and safety reasons. If necessary, please discuss this with our team when booking your transport.
We offer door-to-door service for most locations. Your RV or trailer will be picked up and delivered as close to your specified locations as access and safety allow. If there are no low hanging trees, the street is not narrow and it’s not a dead end street - then most of the time the driver will be able to transport it door to door. If it’s not possible - the carrier will ask you where’s nearby big parking lot.
